What will not be here is a lot of background info, because there are already some great sites for that:
Wikipedia has a lot, including the details of most episodes and novels.
Whoniverse is also very good, although it has a pretty serious bias in the opposite direction as mine.
Rassilon, Omega, and that Other Guy is very extensive, and is carefully and legibly cited as to whether the info came from the show, novels, etc, but has a serious need for proofreading (only a problem if you're picky about spelling and grammar!).
